An experienced Changes member will answer your call and help you understand if Changes is right for you. They will also provide information on Changes meetings via Zoom and how to join them.
Taking this first step for help can be difficult and scary, but most new members leave their first Changes meeting with a feeling of hope and community. New members receive orientation and are assigned a 4-week mentor, who will help you understand what resources are available to you and answer any unanswered questions.

Meeting times run about 90 minutes.
Changes meetings are for parents, please do not bring your
teen/young adult with you.
