Statistically, you or other parents you know are silently carrying heavy burdens – teenage through adult children struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or other serious challenges. At Changes, our mission is to support these parents in our communities so they’re not facing this difficult time alone.
We don’t charge for our peer support: we are funded entirely by donations and have been for the entire 30 years of our existence.
Your financial gift to Changes will enable us to expand access to our Zoom-based, peer support network. Every donation helps us keep meetings running, train facilitators, and reach more parents who feel like they’re out of options – as well as the therapists, teachers, and counselors who interact with their children.

PayPal is a convenient, safe and simple way for individuals to make automatic payments to non-profit organizations through electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly from checking or savings accounts. Log into your PayPal account, click on SEND and enter office@cpsn.org as the recipient and the amount you’d like to donate, then follow the prompts.
Matching Gifts, Volunteer Time Matching, and Payroll deduction plans
Make your gift go farther with matching gifts, volunteer time matching, and payroll donations. Many employers match financial gifts to non profits and some even match the time you spend volunteering for Changes. Payroll deduction is also a great way to donate to Changes and may even lower your tax burden. Please contact your employer for more information.
